Review of Alternative Dispute Resolution
About the Journal
The Review of Alternative Dispute Resolution (RADR) is the annual, student-run, double-blind peer-reviewed flagship journal on Alternative Dispute Resolution at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. RADR provides a premier platform for critical engagement with contemporary ADR issues through scholarly literature.
We are excitedly anticipating the publication of RADR Volume II. Meanwhile, submissions are open for Volume III, welcoming original contributions from students, legal professionals, and practitioners who are passionate about alternative dispute resolution and wish to share their insightful, nuanced perspectives. By contributing to RADR, authors join a vibrant community dedicated to advancing ADR discourse and fostering academic excellence.
