5th RGNUL Sports & Entertainment Law Mediation Competition, 2023

ABOUT THE COMPETITION

To further its avowed aim, CADR has been organising the RGNUL Sports and Entertainment Law Mediation Competition (SEMC) since 2019. The SEMC is one of India's premier competitions in the field of mediation, pitting the best budding ADR enthusiasts against one another. The initial two editions of the competition served as the Indian qualifiers to the International Mediation Singapore (IMSG) organized by the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). Despite the turbulent times brought by COVID-19, the third and fourth editions of the competition were organised, however, in a virtual setup. We have been blessed with some of the best organisations in the industry ranging from the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law, Global Academy for Advocacy in Dispute Resolution, Mediator Network to the Peacekeeping and Conflict Resolution Team (PACT), Krida Legal and Markanda Advocates as our past collaborators.
